Production

Shipping guaranteed by 10 am within 24 hours

All sandals are handmade to order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders received before 10 am will be made the same day and shipped the next day. We consider an order confirmed after receiving payment with the following waiting times:

  • PayPal: immediate
  • Credit card: immediate
  • Cash on delivery: immediate
  • Bank transfer: 3-4 days

Sandals are shipped from Italy. For non-European countries, the goods are exempt from VAT, but customs duties will be charged directly by the courier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for the amount of these duties.

Free Shipping

for orders over €100

Orders over €100 in total will be eligible for free standard shipping in Italy. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Within 1 business day of receiving your order, it will be handed over to the courier you selected during the checkout process.

All couriers collect from Monday to Friday but can also deliver on Saturdays in some selected cities. For more information, please consult the website of your chosen courier directly.

Delivery

within 24 hours of shipment

Delivery within 1 business day throughout Italy for DHL express courier, which does not accept cash on delivery.

Delivery within 2/3 business days also for TNT courier, except for the islands, Calabria, and Basilicata, where delivery is expected within 4 business days.
